Responsabilidades: - Analisar as condições de mercado, potencial e volumes de vendas. - Experiência em venda de produtos Agropecuários, preferencialmente em Fertilizantes Líquidos Organominerais, Biológicos (Pó e Líquido), e Bioquímicos. - Desenvolver novos mercados, novos clientes, e novas oportunidades dentro dos clientes atuais. - Identificar oportunidades para o lançamento de projetos de vendas, em cooperação com a gestão comercial, de produto e equipe técnica. - Executar visitas ao cliente, preparar, coordenar e negociar propostas. - Gerenciamento da conta/cliente. - Agir como um ponto de contato para os clientes em questões comerciais. - Assegurar a administração adequada de dados e documentação de todos os casos de negócios no sistema CRM local. - Desempenhar a sua atividade profissional com o estrito cumprimento de todas as Normas do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (CASA). - Atendimento presencial, chamadas de telefone/vídeo para reuniões com clientes e parceiros comerciais da empresa. - Elaborar relatórios periódicos ou quando solicitado do desempenho atual e previsão mensal da carteira - Inserir e acompanhar cotações e pedidos exclusivamente no Salesforce (CRM) - Manter atualizada a previsão de compra dos clientes (forecast) na plataforma atual sempre informando a equipe de S&OP qualquer alteração no intervalo entre os ciclos de input, ou seja, elaboração de forecast semanais, mensais, e anuais dentro da ferramenta. - Participar de treinamentos, feiras, palestras e quaisquer eventos internos ou externos atribuídos para aprimorar conhecimentos e/ou se manter atualizado com as políticas de “compliance”, código de conduta ética, segurança de dados, qualidade e segurança (CASA). - Atualizar com frequência ou quando solicitado documentos dos clientes para efeitos de crédito, cadastro etc. - Trabalhar próximo a equipe técnica, e totalmente alinhado com todo o time técnico, seja, os técnicos de campo, assim como os técnicos de laboratório, da empresa para aplicar amplamente o portfólio e capturar oportunidades. - Cadastrar e gerenciar no Salesforce (CRM) todas as oportunidades ou leads gerados pelo envio de amostras e potencial identificado no mercado durante as visitas, contatos e pesquisas. - Assegurar o cumprimento do budget de volume e rentabilidade estabelecido e acordado com o gestor. - Trabalhar na Recuperação e ativação de clientes. Foco: - Foco na comercialização da linha Brennfeed (Fertilizantes líquidos de tecnologia Brenntag, no modelo de Estratégias de Marcas Próprias (Private Label), foco na linha Promisol (Extratos vegetais), na linha Bionativa (Fertilizantes Biológicos): - BRENNFEED: É uma linha de fertilizantes, com tecnologia Brenntag, líquidos, formulada especialmente sob uma cuidadosa assistência técnica, desde o momento do processamento do pedido do cliente, criando uma solução sob medida para nossos clientes. - Funciona de forma independente, planeja e supervisiona os processos atribuídos. - Se posiciona dentro das indústrias mais complexas, produtos ou principais clientes, que precisam de mais experiência na gama de produtos e serviços. - Linha Promisol – Extrato vegetais – Fertilizantes Bioquímicos e Organominerais - Linha Bionativa – Fertilizantes Biológicos em pó. - Desejável Formação Superior completa, preferencialmente na área de exatas (Engenharia Agrícola, Agronomia, Engenharia Química), mas com experiência comprovada de pelo na venda de Fertilizantes líquidos, Fertilizantes Biológicos, Adjuvantes, Óleos especiais para o mercado Agro, etc... - Desejável experiência prévia em venda externa com produtos Agropecuários, preferencialmente em Fertilizantes Líquidos Organominerais, Biológicos (Pó e Líquido), e Bioquímicos. - Facilidade para trabalhar com o pacote Office e com tecnologia (CRM, aplicativos, relatórios), Power Bi, etc... - Inglês intermediário - Residir Preferencialmente na Região Nordeste do Brasil A Brenntag oferece oportunidades iguais de emprego a candidatos qualificados e funcionários de todas as origens e identidades para criar um local de trabalho onde a diferença é valorizada porque forma uma organização resiliente e mais inovadora. About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the East team. This team sells our security solutions to Enterprise level accounts within a defined territory (New England). The ideal candidate will be based in the Boston metro area or Rhode Island and bring the following skills: - Proven hunter with a disciplined approach to early pipeline development and prospecting into enterprise accounts.
