• An experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – to join NRI’s Oracle practice. • You will be part of an Agile delivery team who will work on various projects where we are delivering Oracle Cloud ERP services to our customers. • You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, undertake Oracle L&D and obtain Oracle certifications. • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which include consulting projects where you will provide advisory services to our customers; and ERP business transformation projects where we design, build and implement the Oracle Cloud ERP solutions; where we work with our customers to enable business value realisation. • Your role will involve elicitation of business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques, including designing, leading and facilitating workshops with customer stakeholders to understand and clarify business issues and work on design and build/implement solutions for business needs. • Design and implement enhanced business systems by providing accurate information about business needs, priorities and adopting contemporary analysis best-practice methodologies and processes. • Prepare a broad range of documentation through the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements. • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met. • Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer focused work culture.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects; and are an expert in Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Revenue Mgmt
- You have one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
- Experience of Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft and migration projects to the Cloud is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience of Oracle Procurement, Oracle Supply Chain and Oracle EPM is desirable but not mandatory.
- Extensive experience in managing the review, analyses and design of complex ICT business processes and services for customers operating in various industries.
- Experience in the design, implementation, upgrade, support and operations of Oracle Financials applications including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and on-premise Oracle applications, with the ability to design and implement creative solutions to meet business requirements.
- You are a team player who can work in an agile environment; and who has experience of working with distributed teams (including onshore / offshore models).
