TEKsystems is partnering with a large banking client to hire for a Litigation and Foreclosure Supervisor in their default mortgage legal services division. This position will oversee a small team and a foreclosure portfolio in support of their legal team. Applicants with strong experience in default mortgage servicing and foreclosure are encouraged to apply. Description The Supervisor, Litigation and Foreclosure is responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of foreclosure cases and related litigation, ensuring full compliance with regulations and investor guidelines. This role involves managing real estate-secured loan litigation, collaborating with internal and external legal counsel, and maintaining adherence to industry standards while supervising investor foreclosure portfolios. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, and expertise in mortgage default services. - Supervise and manage a diverse foreclosure portfolio, ensuring compliance with CFPB and investor requirements. - Oversee real estate-secured loan litigation, coordinating with internal and external legal counsel to navigate litigation processes effectively. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and investor guidelines in all foreclosure and litigation activities. - Monitor case progress and provide guidance to team members for timely resolution of foreclosure and litigation matters. - Represent the organization in court proceedings as needed. Qualifications - Prior experience as a paralegal in real estate/mortgage default services - Experience in a supervisor or manager role overseeing a team - Strong expertise in litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy - Mortgage lending or banking experience preferred - Ability to travel and appear in court as needed - Professionalism and strong communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mount Laurel, NJ.
