Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – Process Optimization

• Lead project-based agile teams that will deliver the framework for the Service delivery teams to be successful in all Financial Planning & analysis (FP&A) activities. • That covers Unit Case Sales, Concentrate Shipments, Revenues, Deductions, DME, Commercial Finance, System Economics, Customer P&Ls, COGS, Opex, Capex, Working Capital, etc. • The work will be on a project basis within the broad FP&A spectrum. • This role will lead and optimize the FP&A processes and thus set the framework for the FP&A service delivery teams to operate within with a clear end-to-end view. • This role leads on a project-base small agile teams and is part of the Global FP&A transformation team of 10 Company associates. • The role will be networked with the different OU & Corporate Service Delivery teams, the Operating Units, the Centre and other areas of Financial Services including DAR and Genpact. • The role drives process development, simplification, standardization and automation for all end-to-end FP&A activities in order to optimize the FP&A Service delivery by the different OU & Corporate Service Delivery teams.
Job Requirements
- 10-15+ years of related work experience conducting and leading FP&A work.
- Experience in FP&A work involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
- Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Experience leading virtual teams across the globe is a plus.
- Ability to understand and manage risk
- Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
- Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

Concernant plus spécifiquement la mission assainissement : - Effectuer le suivi des performances des systèmes d'assainissement. - Assurer le suivi et la complétude de la base nationale Roseau. - Participer à l'évaluation annuelle de la conformité des systèmes d'assainissement. - Prendre part aux réunions organisées par les collectivités, l'agence de l'eau et les autres acteurs de l'assainissement en Dordogne. - Participer au contrôle des systèmes d'assainissement, conformément au plan de contrôle établi annuellement en MISEN stratégique. Qualifications - Connaissance de la réglementation loi sur l'eau. - Maîtrise technique des domaines de la gestion des eaux pluviales et du traitement des eaux usées. - Aptitudes pour l'utilisation d'applications-métiers (GUNenv, LICORNE et Roseau). - Mode d'acquisition par la formation continue proposée par le ministère et compagnonnage. This role involves managing real estate-secured loan litigation, collaborating with internal and external legal counsel, and maintaining adherence to industry standards while supervising investor foreclosure portfolios. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, and expertise in mortgage default services. - Supervise and manage a diverse foreclosure portfolio, ensuring compliance with CFPB and investor requirements. - Oversee real estate-secured loan litigation, coordinating with internal and external legal counsel to navigate litigation processes effectively. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and investor guidelines in all foreclosure and litigation activities. - Monitor case progress and provide guidance to team members for timely resolution of foreclosure and litigation matters. - Represent the organization in court proceedings as needed.
