• Lead collaborative business planning efforts to develop and execute annual business plans, key partnership initiatives, and category programs. • Negotiate complex agreements, influence decision-making, and create customer value through compelling fact-based selling. • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify needs, address challenges, and uncover opportunities. • Continuously evaluate account business plans, tracking progress against goals, and assessing the impact of initiatives. • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including internal teams and bottling partners. • Monitor competitive activities within assigned geographies and communicate relevant insights promptly. • Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage the full depth and breadth of Coca-Cola’s resources, ensuring mutual benefits.
• Customer Development Strategic leader responsible for the Direct Customer/Business Management of the assigned customer channel. • This role will be working on and managing Sprouts/KeHe/Whole Food and additional accounts • Create and develop the vision and strategy to support both long-term and short-term business objectives. • This leader will exhibit subject matter expertise and demonstrate from experience they have successfully built and created joint business planning models for customers. • Drive processes and execution of annual plans across assigned customers and bottlers. • Delivery of key business and financial metrics including topline results (Revenue, volume, Share) and key financial metrics (trade spend and T&E budgets) will be required. • Partner with Sr. Management and cross functional team members to build Annual Plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives. • Lead annual negotiations ensuring an optimized partnership agreement is in place that supports overall organizational priorities. • Collaborative leader of a cross functional team responsible for the development and implementation of overall customer selling stories, while providing key insights to deliver all key execution metrics (Assortment, Shelving, Pricing, Merchandising and Innovation). • Oversee the on-going account updates and performance reporting against key metrics and problem solves plan gaps and brings forward recommendations to deliver on required business objectives. • Develop and leverage top level external relationships at major accounts to optimize BODYARMOR positioning in the market. • System Leadership Participate in all system routines as needed (CCLT, Customer core Teams) to provide customer updates including annual plan targets and elements and on-going customer performance updates and action plans to deliver annual plans. • Work closely with Coca-Cola NAOU + Bottler Customer Leads (Directors/AE’s) to maximize mutual customer plans, results, and execution. • Build and leverage relationships with both BODYARMOR teams and Bottlers to ensure alignment and focus on delivering key customer objectives. • Cross Functional Communication and Collaboration Provides on-going updates on customer plan results and opportunities to BODYARMOR management. • Participate in key cross functional routines to provide on-going plan updates and ensure flawless execution of customer programs and initiatives. • Provide customer input to annual plans including all Marketing, Commercial and Innovation plans.

• Build strong, value-driven relationships with key partners to grow the business on both sides. • Lead a large portion of administrative tasks including order and invoice reconciliation, which is critical and unique to this role. • Drive volume growth with corporate constituents as well as on-ship personnel by gaining alignment and commitment on key initiatives and programs. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and grow category volume and profitability. • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, using solid financial acumen to influence decision-makers and key stakeholders. • Ensure effective coordination and execution of all agreed-upon initiatives. • Align both customer and internal resources to deliver results and successfully execute the annual business plan. • The most critical parts of this role include strong cross-collaboration/internal influence (ability to lead), bottler communications, alignment and performance management and deeply customer centric - driving growth, building and maintaining the relationship (trust-based partnership), deep understanding of their business objectives, operational realities, and where Coke can add and deliver value. • Serve as the primary customer contact for Foodservice planned service activities • Collaborate across national service teams, field service providers, and bottlers/distributors • Monitor and track activities in tools like Salesforce, QuickBase, Power BI, Microsoft Teams • Troubleshoot process issues, using phone and other communication channels • Build productive relationships with customers, distributors, service partners, and Ops/Sales clients • Utilize dashboards & reporting to identify and address process failures
