• A Bid Manager is responsible for the preparation of high-quality proposals in alignment with industry, regional and national sales strategies, themes and pricing, and the promotion of the NRI ANZ brand in alignment with current capabilities, experience and NRI ANZ go to market strategies. • The Bid Manager role is critical to winning new business for the company and ensures that proposals developed on behalf of the organisation are completed and reviewed appropriately by NRI ANZ Operations, Regional Management and Solutions, as well as the relevant technical, commercial and legal teams. • The Bid Manager will lead, manage, and deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive end-to-end bids, proposals, and RFPs (Request for Proposals) for our multiple lines of business. • The Bid Manager will serve as the central hub driving the bid process—coordinating virtual, cross-functional teams of Sales Leads, Solution Architects, Legal experts, and Executives across various regions to secure major IT contracts and managed services agreements. • The Bid Manager will operate in accordance with the approved Sales and Bid Management processes, to ensure consistency in terms of the quality of proposals delivered. • Work with Program and Sales manager in developing win strategy, based on the client requirements, that leads into proposal development. • Produce the consolidated proposal document, including presentations as required. • Obtain appropriate sign-off for solutions and pricing in line with the Sales Process. • Manage, coach and advise the due bid team, ensuring all issues are dealt with promptly. • Develop and maintain NRI ANZ’s collateral and bid/solution resources. • Identification of resource requirements for proposal preparation. • Bid planning, including the development of project plans / schedules to manage effort across multiple resources (where required). • Preparation of the proposal ‘skeleton’, incorporating first darft text to sections where appropriate. • Principal point of contact for progress and coordination of the written proposal. • Coordination of regular bid team meetings and reporting to the Director of Operations and the relevant Industry and Account Director on progress. • Act in an advisory / supportive capacity to all contributors and stakeholders of the proposal. • Manage publishing activities of the final proposal in the company intranet. • Facilitate discussions on technical (delivery) and commercial (pricing) assumptions to ensure all have been captured appropriately. • Review and edit contributions to the proposal for consistency and quality, also ensuring relevant technical, commercial and legal aspects of the proposal have been covered by the appropriate specialist(s). • Plan and coordinate formal (and informal) review points during the proposal preparation. • Ensure proper application of NRI ANZ methodologies and frameworks where explicitly referenced. • Work with the other bid managers to encourage knowledge sharing and support. • Continuously work towards improving the company’s win rate for all proposals and bids.

• Participate in comprehensive training programs on PeopleSoft & Oracle database administration. • Assist with administration & maintenance of PeopleSoft environments. • Support Oracle database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, & performance tuning under guidance. • Engage in test automation activities using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). • Learn & contribute to performance testing & monitoring of PeopleSoft applications. • Collaborate with senior team members on various IT projects & daily operational activities. • Document processes, procedures, & troubleshooting steps as part of learning journey.

• Support process discovery by documenting current‑state processes using standard methods (e.g. process maps, BPMN diagrams, SIPOCs, SOPs). • Analyse processes to identify steps suitable for automation and simplification. • Lead the design and configure RPA and agentic AI workflows • Build, test and deploy automation solutions using approved platforms, tools and standards. • Develop and maintain technical and process documentation for all automations (design specs, configuration guides, test cases, runbooks). • Execute unit, system and user acceptance testing for automation solutions; capture and resolve defects. • Monitor automated workflows in production, troubleshoot issues and implement fixes or enhancements. • Contribute to continuous improvement by collecting data, measuring automation performance and suggesting optimisation opportunities. • Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate solutions. • Set BPE team technical standards, including development guidelines, access controls, change management and testing practices. • Support benefit tracking by providing data and insight on automation usage, error rates and processing times. • Contribute to BPE playbooks, templates and reusable components to help scale automation delivery. • Collaborate with the BPE Director on what process to automate, agree on what the measure of success is for those processes and activity monitor

• An experienced Oracle Finance and PPM Cloud Consultant – to join NRI’s Managed Services team. • You will be working in an applications support team servicing both internal and external customers, working closely with your colleagues to deliver high quality customer service and technical support for Oracle Fusion. • The successful candidate will bring extensive expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and will be responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and enhancing the system to meet evolving business needs.

• Maintain, support, and enhance existing PowerBuilder applications (ideally PowerBuilder 2017). • Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack solutions using relational databases (Oracle preferred). • Perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production and non-production environments. • Execute basic UNIX/Linux shell tasks and collaborate with infrastructure teams as needed. • Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

• An experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Techno-Functional Consultant – to join NRI’s Oracle practice. • You will be assigned to work on a support project for an existing NRI customer where you will maintain and enhance on-premise EPM applications. • Your primary responsibility will involve: • Resolution of defects and problems relating to the Oracle EPM platform. • Operational support, management of batch processing, end of month support. • Design, build and testing of enhancements to the Oracle EPM platform. • Management of documentation through the project lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements. • Adherence to customer policies and processes. • Additional responsibilities include: • Management and development of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met. • Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer focused work culture.
