Learn more: www.metasource.co Requirements What You'll Do Accounting - Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end closing - Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) - Coordinate tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax) - work with tax - agencies when needed - Manage bank reconciliations and expense tracking - Support external audits and liaise with auditors Payroll & HR - Process payroll for employees - Handle social security and personal income tax calculations - Maintain employee records and benefits administration - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new contract preparation, - contract renewals, and offboarding.
