• Manage and maintain the accounting records for 17 client accounts. • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting for each client. • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Prepare VAT workings and ensure compliance with VAT laws and regulations. • Assist in gathering and organizing data for Corporate Tax filings. • Provide financial and administrative support for ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
