A quick snapshot… As a Sr. Practice Director of Conga’s North America Professional Services organization, you’ll be responsible for execution and delivery of services while driving operational excellence, timely customer value realization, customer satisfaction, and project profitability through scalable service offerings, including implementation and consulting. You must be a strong team leader who can build a high-performance culture that delivers world class results to enable successful customer outcomes across the revenue lifecycle. You will lead and manage Conga’s highly skilled Engagement Manager team in the delivery of our high-value solutions. This includes building the team, embedding best practice processes, managing key customer relationships, overseeing execution plans, and planning efficient resource allocation across the team to deliver value for all our clients.
