This is a technology leadership role within a lean, operational business. You will be responsible for shaping the systems, architecture, and integrations that support logistics workflows across operations, finance, and client experience. The company is currently undergoing a digital transformation, including transitioning from a legacy TMS to a modern system and further developing its Salesforce-centered environment. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, not as a layer of management, but as a strategic and operational partner. You will own the architecture, integration, and ongoing improvement of systems that support real-world logistics operations. Your focus will be on building scalable, reliable, and effective systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
