Role Description The Solution Architect as a seasoned proficient professional will be an influential and senior level member of our Consulting Team, who will understand our customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and will be committed to helping our customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. The incumbent will be responsible for working with new and existing customers, providing expert guidance in integrating our product offerings so that our customers can start to experience the immediate value of Kinaxis solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of broad experience in software implementation consulting in the supply chain planning or supply chain execution space or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing. - At least 3 direct years as a solution architect or lead functional consultant for enterprise level supply chain transformation projects. - Excellent facilitation skills, adept communicator skilled at managing customer and stakeholder interactions. - Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced, matrix work environment. - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine and lead teams towards best course of action. - Proven leadership, interpersonal and coaching/mentoring capabilities within a dedicated, matrixed work team. The role of Account Executive (Hi-Tech) will be responsible for winning new business and revenue across the North America Western region and working with Kinaxis senior management to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Kinaxis. What you will do - Leads efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue and new name accounts in North America - Working with Kinaxis senior management to develop the relevant account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelines - Highly credible and able to demonstrate understanding of the relevant client operations and strategies and linking them to the relevant solutions and high value propositions that go beyond just technology - Team player who is able to work and help ensure delivery of client sales propositions - Establishing and maintaining high-level, executive relationships with New Name Accounts, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships (direct and reseller). - Qualifying prospects according to Kinaxis’ capabilities and applicability. - Providing accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based upon realistic close timelines. - Communicating product improvements and recommendations that originate in the field. What we are looking for - 10+ years’ experience in selling strategic, enterprise level mission critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI) - Sales experience in High Tech Electronics oriented industries with the ability to ultimately lead the sales for the Hi-Tech industry vertical - Degree qualified with industry and SCM experience preferred - Highly motivated who has achieved or exceeded sales quota in new or emerging markets with leading and of “Best of Breed” technologies. - Demonstrated track record of closing New Name Accounts - Experience working in different North American markets and geographies on complex deals - Ability to penetrate and sell to executive level decision makers - Ability to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT) - Consultative, value-proposition/business case driven sales methodology experience. - Must be an articulate, persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills - Ability to work and act independently and be pro-active - Ability to travel as required (40%+) #Senior #LI-KH1 Work With Impact: Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains. You can work from home and be located anywhere in UK What you will do This role sits within a newly formed global team responsible for evolving the Kinaxis deployment methodology for Professional Services and redefining how we deploy to customers. This position will contribute to developing the people upskilling journey within our methodology and embedding customer enablement across all other aspects of our future state methodology. You will also design, develop, and deliver blended learning offerings that equip Professional Services employees with the knowledge andskills to adopt, apply, and embed the new methodology.To be effective in this role, you will need to combine expertise in technology-driven business transformations, change management, and Maestro deployment projects with a strong foundation in training theory and practice. The ability to bring creative and innovative thinking to complex capability-building challenges is a must. What you will do Develop deep knowledge of the future-state methodology foundations, Maestro deployments, current Kinaxis applications and training techniques to ensure enablement strategies remain relevant as the methodology and business evolve. - Drive and own the definition of the ‘People Upskilling’ journey within the PS methodology, by designing a flexible approach to delivering customer enablement that supports go-live readiness, post-go-live adoption and accounts for success across a diverse customer base. - Partner with the Custom Learning team and Delivery roles in Professional Services to co-develop, pilot and iterate the training offerings and materials required to underpin the new People Upskilling journey. - Collaborate with the Methodology team members to embed customer upskilling considerations across all methodology journeys. - Work closely with immediate colleagues, including the Senior Change Manager, to understand change impact on internal roles, including the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to adopt the new methodology. - Architect methodology enablement for PS employees by analyzing role‑based learning needs and designing comprehensive learning strategies that drive successful methodology adoption across a global organization of ~600 employees. - Design and deliver blended learning experiences (e-learning, virtual instructor-led, and in-person) that are engaging, inclusive and aligned to Kinaxis’ Training & Enablement standards to ensure a consistent employee experience. - Develop assessment criteria, certifications, and success metrics to validate employee knowledge and skill acquisition, measure learning effectiveness, and demonstrate return on investment.
