Role Description In this role, you will be part of the Global Information Security team within Kinaxis. Role Description As a key member of the Solution Assurance team, the Principal Architect understands our customers’ most pressing business challenges and drives their success by addressing complex supply chain management challenges through Kinaxis Maestro deployments. This role partners closely with customers and system integrators on partner-led Maestro deployments, leveraging deep Maestro expertise, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled tools to guide solution design, proactively mitigate risk, and accelerate value realization. - Lead solution assurance engagements with customers and partners, shaping and validating supply chain software requirements using a structured, data-driven approach. - Leverage AI and advanced analytics to accelerate solution validation and quality reviews; proactively identify delivery risks; drive efficiency across analysis, documentation and solution design; and establish scalable best practices across deployments. - Proactively analyze deployment health signals (data quality, configuration complexity, integration patterns, partner execution trends) to identify risks early and recommend corrective action before impact is realized. - Serve as a supply chain and Maestro thought leader, articulating the value of Kinaxis’ solutions across the customer lifecycle and reinforcing data-backed business outcomes. - Evaluate overall systems architecture, data models, and process flows to ensure solutions are architecturally sound, data-governed, scalable across geographies and business units while aligned to best practices and measurable KPIs. - Review and challenge complex data, analytics, and configuration designs to ensure outputs are reliable, interpretable, and aligned to business intent. - Provide risk-informed recommendations grounded in quantitative analysis and deployment metrics to mitigate solution, integration, and adoption risks. - Lead proactive and critical escalations using structured problem-solving frameworks and evidence-based insights to resolve complex supply chain challenges. - Present executive-level insights and recommendations by synthesizing technical, operational, and risk data into clear, actionable narratives. - Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, using prioritization frameworks and data signals to focus attention on highest-risk or highest-impact activities. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve solution assurance methodologies through AI augmentation, automation, and analytics standardization. Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or business roles within supply/demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing. - 1+ years as a Solution Architect for enterprise-level supply chain transformation programs, deploying Kinaxis Maestro solutions in complex, multi-year and multi-geography environments. - Demonstrated AI fluency, including ability to select and apply the right tools to solve business problems, using advanced prompting techniques to accelerate analysis and documentation, improving efficiency and insight quality, and critically evaluating outputs for accuracy, bias, and relevance. - Strong data acumen, with the ability to drive evidence-based decisions by being able to interpret complex datasets and configuration patterns, translate analytics into actionable insights, and define KPIs and success metrics for deployment health. - Proven ability to proactively identify and mitigate customer and partner risks using structured analysis and predictive indicators. - Excellent facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders from functional leads to executive sponsors. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, able to synthesize high volumes of complex information into prioritized, outcome-oriented actions. - Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities within a matrixed, high-performance team environment. In this role, you will help customers solve complex supply chain challenges by designing scalable, high-quality solution architectures. This role requires deep supply chain domain expertise, including a strong understanding of how supply planning and detailed scheduling interact across the broader supply chain landscape. You can work from home and be located anywhere in UK What you will do This role sits within a newly formed global team responsible for evolving the Kinaxis deployment methodology for Professional Services and redefining how we deploy to customers. This position will contribute to developing the people upskilling journey within our methodology and embedding customer enablement across all other aspects of our future state methodology. You will also design, develop, and deliver blended learning offerings that equip Professional Services employees with the knowledge andskills to adopt, apply, and embed the new methodology.To be effective in this role, you will need to combine expertise in technology-driven business transformations, change management, and Maestro deployment projects with a strong foundation in training theory and practice. The ability to bring creative and innovative thinking to complex capability-building challenges is a must. What you will do Develop deep knowledge of the future-state methodology foundations, Maestro deployments, current Kinaxis applications and training techniques to ensure enablement strategies remain relevant as the methodology and business evolve. - Drive and own the definition of the ‘People Upskilling’ journey within the PS methodology, by designing a flexible approach to delivering customer enablement that supports go-live readiness, post-go-live adoption and accounts for success across a diverse customer base. - Partner with the Custom Learning team and Delivery roles in Professional Services to co-develop, pilot and iterate the training offerings and materials required to underpin the new People Upskilling journey. - Collaborate with the Methodology team members to embed customer upskilling considerations across all methodology journeys. - Work closely with immediate colleagues, including the Senior Change Manager, to understand change impact on internal roles, including the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to adopt the new methodology. - Architect methodology enablement for PS employees by analyzing role‑based learning needs and designing comprehensive learning strategies that drive successful methodology adoption across a global organization of ~600 employees. - Design and deliver blended learning experiences (e-learning, virtual instructor-led, and in-person) that are engaging, inclusive and aligned to Kinaxis’ Training & Enablement standards to ensure a consistent employee experience. - Develop assessment criteria, certifications, and success metrics to validate employee knowledge and skill acquisition, measure learning effectiveness, and demonstrate return on investment. What we are looking for - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. - 5-7 years of related experience in developing learning programs. - Expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design models. - Experience of deploying Maestro or other software to customers to support technology-enabled business transformation. - Ability to create and deliver high-quality technical learning programs, including curriculum design and enablement initiatives. - Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, scorecards, and learning analytics. - Ability to identify emerging trends such as AI and integrate them into learning programs. - Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced environment. - Experience collaborating with and delivering training to global, cross-functional teams. - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts, engage stakeholders, and drive knowledge adoption. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Work With Impact: Our platform directly helps companies power the world’s supply chains.
