• Provide comprehensive business operations, reporting, planning, and vendor-relationship support across the segment/division. • Support development of strategic goals and annual operating plans. • Manage special projects assigned by leadership, including cost-reduction analyses or efficiency assessments. • Conduct departmental budget monitoring, forecast tracking, and administrative cost-reduction analysis. • Complete Monthly Premium Reporting, including premium loading and reconciliation. • Serve as first-level service support for Mosaic partners, ACS, Dental, and Vision. • Join leadership in internal and external partner meetings; document discussion points and drive follow-up.

• Support the Business Systems team ensuring tickets are up to date and contain required information • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support • Assist with generating reports and reviewing/analyzing data to improve data quality in systems • Assist with documentation • Perform other duties/projects as assigned

• Own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches • Serve as the primary E2E tester for new offerings • Maintain and evolve pharmacy eligibility logic across a large and growing SKU catalog • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution • Analyze operational and user behavior data using tools such as Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel • Build financial models and strategic analyses to support new channel and product decisions • Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Compliance teams • Identify inefficiencies and design scalable workflows, systems, and processes

• The intern will support operational effectiveness by helping build and organize the team’s training toolbox while also assisting with CRM data cleanup efforts. • Creating and organizing a centralized training toolbox for internal use • Gathering training materials from multiple sources, including documentation, recordings, and subject matter experts • Logging, categorizing, and validating training content to ensure accuracy and usability • Reviewing documentation for consistency, completeness, and version control • Supporting ongoing updates and maintenance of training materials • Assisting with data cleanup efforts within the CRM system • Auditing CRM records for accuracy, completeness, and duplication • Standardizing data fields and ensuring adherence to data entry best practices • Partnering with business and operations stakeholders to confirm requirements and validate updates
