• Build and maintain ELT pipelines using Fivetran and custom API integrations via Dagster, including setting up new source connectors and troubleshooting. • Manage and improve Dagster orchestration — scheduling jobs, debugging failures, and keeping pipeline runtime tight. • Maintain and improve GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows to ensure safe, reliable deployment of dbt models into production. • Manage and maintain Snowflake infrastructure via Terraform — warehouses, roles, permissions, and resource monitors. • Write dbt models across staging, intermediate, and mart layers — clean, well-tested, and documented so the whole team can trust them. • Identify and address data quality issues before they become problems for the people depending on the data. • Handle ad-hoc analytics requests from stakeholders across the business — translate a business question into a query, turn a query into an insight. • Contribute to recurring deliverables: monthly growth reports, provider audits, forecasting documents, and ongoing Looker maintenance.

• Own end-to-end quality across systems, including testing infrastructure, CI/CD, and engineering practices • Modernize Python-based test suites and build end-to-end browser automation with Playwright • Maintain mobile test automation using Detox for React Native apps (iOS & Android) • Manage the testing phase of the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast, reliable feedback • Partner with engineers to improve testability and maintainability during development • Advocate for shift-left testing and lead blameless postmortems for continuous improvement • Collaborate cross-functionally from planning through release • Champion WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility and integrate automated checks into the pipeline

• Build and scale a continuous pipeline of high-performing video and motion-based ad creative across channels including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, CTV, and other paid platforms. • Own the end-to-end creative process—from concepting and storyboarding to execution and delivery—across a range of formats including motion graphics, live-action, and short-form video. • Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data, testing new hooks, narratives, and formats to improve conversion and engagement. • Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Operations teams to develop campaign concepts aligned with revenue-driving initiatives. • Analyze creative performance and synthesize insights into clear recommendations, using data to inform future creative direction and optimization. • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production speed, scalability, and creative output. • Maintain high standards of craft and storytelling while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. • Manage and mentor internal creative contributors and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all deliverables.
