• Support the Business Systems team ensuring tickets are up to date and contain required information • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support • Assist with generating reports and reviewing/analyzing data to improve data quality in systems • Assist with documentation • Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- 1 year of work experience or pursuing an undergraduate/graduate level degree or accredited certification programs in Information Technology or Computer-related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Familiar with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of confidentiality and discretion within the IT department
