Business Operations Associate
Blue Cross NC
• Provide comprehensive business operations, reporting, planning, and vendor-relationship support across the segment/division. • Support development of strategic goals and annual operating plans. • Manage special projects assigned by leadership, including cost-reduction analyses or efficiency assessments. • Conduct departmental budget monitoring, forecast tracking, and administrative cost-reduction analysis. • Complete Monthly Premium Reporting, including premium loading and reconciliation. • Serve as first-level service support for Mosaic partners, ACS, Dental, and Vision. • Join leadership in internal and external partner meetings; document discussion points and drive follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 0-2 years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field.
- Background in Marketing and Healthcare
- Project Management experience
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to obtain NC Health License within 90 days of employment.
