Business Operations Specialist

• Own the end-to-end operational build for new product launches • Serve as the primary E2E tester for new offerings • Maintain and evolve pharmacy eligibility logic across a large and growing SKU catalog • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through execution • Analyze operational and user behavior data using tools such as Looker, Amplitude, SQL, and Excel • Build financial models and strategic analyses to support new channel and product decisions • Partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Compliance teams • Identify inefficiencies and design scalable workflows, systems, and processes
Job Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company or top-tier firm.
- Technically fluent enough to configure product catalogs, manage system logic, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong analytical thinker with experience building models, dashboards, and analyses to drive decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and experienced in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable learning tools like Looker, Amplitude, Notion, Strapi, or Asana.
- Bonus: Experience in telehealth, eCommerce, or healthcare-related industries, and/or familiarity with SQL or tools like dbt or Hex.
