Role Overview: The Corporate Vice President (MG3) will lead the design and execution of actuarial data and modeling architecture, with a focus on integrating actuarial platforms (including Prophet/FIS) into modern cloud-based ecosystems. What You'll Bring: Experience & Technical Skills:• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related).• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, actuarial technology, or financial systems.• Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred), including ETL design and data warehousing (e.g., Redshift).• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python) and version control (e.g., GitHub).• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in a production environment. Leadership & Communication:• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.• Strong collaboration skills across actuarial, finance, and technology organizations.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
