Main Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive key account plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, adapting and seizing new opportunities to bring value to customers across HSCT, Kidney, and Lung transplant centers. - Orchestrate the key account plans, aligned with brand strategies, supporting customer needs to maximize sales performance in the short and long term across the transplant portfolio, while looking for new opportunities. - Develop value propositions for our transplant portfolio to healthcare providers through an omnichannel approach, leveraging digital technology & new ways of working, to communicate clinical, technical, therapeutic information across transplant specialties and in connection with product information. - Adapt to new ways of working in an ever-increasing digital environment. - Contribute to the creation of a Transplant digital community. - Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks and trusting business relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple transplant disciplines with the aim of improving patient care. - Build relationships by interacting effectively with transplant centers, multidisciplinary care teams, and key opinion leaders. - Meet/exceed business objectives, performance targets and key performance indicators while effectively managing resources in a manner consistent with Sanofi standards and policies across the assigned territory. - Understand customer needs across HSCT, Kidney, and Lung transplant specialties, the competitive environment and the transplant healthcare system, sharing market information with the relevant sales manager and team members. - Review weekly/monthly data reports to analyze performance across the transplant portfolio, identify trends, and adapt plans to seize new opportunities or solve problems. - Perform all duties in accordance with Sanofi Canada's policies and all applicable laws and regulations. About You Main Requirements: - Bachelor's degree – Science or Business degree an asset. - +3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. - Hospital / Academic Institutional sales experience within the Hematologic Oncology Bone Marrow Transplant and/or Solid organ Transplant field is preferred. - Experience across multiple transplant specialties (HSCT, Kidney, Lung transplantation) is highly valued. - Experience working with Patient Support Programs an asset. - Knowledge and comfort with digital technologies, experience working in an omnichannel model to deliver activities and programs through multiple interaction channels. - Flexibility, agility and speed of adaptation to new situations in a competitive market. - Analytical skills, ability to understand how to increase net sales/profitability and return on investment. - Ability to use market information, clinical and medical datasets to engage in high value add clinical discussions with health care providers. - Holder of a driver’s license with ability to travel extensively across West Canada territory. - Proven track record of sales excellence in complex healthcare environments. - Successful development and implementation of tactical business plans to achieve sales objectives. - Experience collaborating with thought leaders within key accounts, driven by creating patient focused solutions. - Ability to work independently, have a sense of service, be client and relationship focused, and accept team support in a timely manner, as needed. - A passion for proactive, continuous learning on disease states, treatment approaches across HSCT, Kidney, and Lung transplantation therapeutic areas. - Excellent oral and written presentation skills in English is required. Distributor & Channel Support - Act as a technical and commercial partner to European distributors - Support distributors during customer visits, demonstrations, and technical discussions. - Provide training and technical enablement on applications, products, calibration services, and metrology solutions. - Assist distributors in converting technical opportunities into successful commercial projects. - Lead technical presentations, training and demonstrations, and application discussions with high-level technical stakeholders. - Help accelerate complex deals, tenders, that require advanced application knowledge. Key Account Development - Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Electrical Calibration, RF Calibration, and Calibration Software Solutions across Europe. - Develop and support strategic key accounts across Europe in collaboration with our sales team and distributor network. - Work jointly with distributors to identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. - Support key customer engagements involving precision measurement systems, electrical calibration, RF technology, calibration services, and metrology solutions. - Build strong relationships with technical decision makers, laboratory managers, and R&D, engineering & production teams. Aligning regional needs and contributing to the global product strategy. Qualifications: Experience & Skills - More than 10 years of technical experience within a role as product engineer, application management, product manager or technical sales manager or key account manager in test & measurement market preferably in metrology, semiconductor or defense & aerospace. - The ideal candidate has a degree and strong background in electronics, metrology, calibration laboratory or another technical environment. - Experience or knowledge of electrical calibration, multifunction calibration, RF calibration, or precision measurement systems. - Proven success in supporting complex sales cycles. - Excellent in communication and presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
