Job Description
Regional Sales Manager
HiViz LED Lighting / FireTech Lights
• This role is about owning and growing territory results: Live in the fire service world. • You’ll be in a demo vehicle, in stations, at events earning trust face-to-face and becoming a known name in your territory. • Create demand (not just respond to it). You’ll educate departments, uncover problems, and show exactly how HiViz solutions help first responders work more safely and effectively. • Drive your dealer network like a business. Train them. Support them. Partner with them. • Be the expert people rely on. You’ll know lighting, installs, configurations, and real-world applications well enough that both dealers and end users trust you without hesitation. • Run your pipeline like a professional. Demos? opportunities? closed business. You’ll own your activity, your follow-up, and your numbers inside HubSpot. • Win. Consistently. This role is built for people who expect to exceed quota, not hope to hit it.
Job Requirements
- You’ve spent 3-5+ years in channel sales, selling through dealers or distributors.
- You’ve spent 5+ years in outside sales, ideally growing multi-state territories.
- You’ve sold premium products, not commodities. You know how to create value, not compete on price.
- You understand or can quickly earn credibility in the Fire/EMS space.
- You are the person who:
- Takes control of a room
- Builds trust fast
- Moves conversations towards a decision
- Is competitive in a real way, not just talk
- Can track the numbers, cares about winning, doesn’t need to be pushed.
Benefits
- A well established and high performing territory.
- A product roadmap to accelerate territory growth.
- Company-generated leads and inbound demand.
- Brand reputation to succeed fast.
- A dedicated demo vehicle to command attention and close business on-site.
- A CRM with end-user and dealer lists supported by a dedicated revenue operations team.
- Trade show budget and coordinated event support to increase visibility and accelerate pipeline.
- A team culture that is competitive, supportive, and deeply connected to the Fire/EMS community.
