The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading all diagnostic interpretations. - Open to radiologists seeking shift work (both full and half shifts) along with hop on/hop off work. - Leader in diagnostic imaging and image-guided interventions in Jacksonville, Florida since 1968. - Provides exclusive diagnostic and interventional radiology services to seven hospitals in two hospital systems, including Baptist-MD Anderson Cancer Center and 14 outpatient imaging centers. - Affiliated business office provides practice support, billing and coding services, and PACS/RIS IT services. • Profile, analyze, and remediate data quality issues across master data domains through root cause analysis, cleansing, standardization, and reconciliation. • Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules, validations, and controls to improve data integrity and governance. • Leverage AI-powered tools and coding assistants to accelerate analysis, generate SQL, document findings, and explore enterprise data. • Partner with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical teams, and Domain Stewards to investigate issues and drive data remediation initiatives. • Translate business requirements into actionable data quality standards, test cases, business rules, and stakeholder-friendly documentation. • Build and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting in Power BI, Databricks, and Excel while tracking issue resolution and escalating systemic risks.

• Read all diagnostic interpretations including STAT, ER, IP, and OP • Work a 7 on, 7 off schedule from 5am – 1pm EST • Collaborate with other medical professionals in diagnostic imaging

• Complete initial state medical license applications using established procedures • Conduct consistent follow-up with radiologists, medical boards, and references to obtain required documentation • Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and status tracking in internal systems • Manage assigned licensing workflows, tasks, and target dates • Identify and escalate application delays, deficiencies, or risks to Senior Licensing Specialist or leadership • Maintain professional communication with external licensing boards and institutions • Support onboarding of new team members through peer guidance as needed • Other duties as assigned

• Support day-to-day identity and access management operations by processing user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning activities in accordance with established policies and procedures • Provide end-user support for authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password resets, and other identity-related issues while ensuring timely resolution • Manage IAM incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, escalating complex issues as appropriate and maintaining accurate documentation • Support access reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives by validating user access, maintaining role-based access controls, and ensuring adherence to security requirements • Collaborate with IAM, IT, and business teams to improve processes, maintain documentation, and deliver secure, reliable identity and access services

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries while managing relationships with multiple clients and ensuring timely issue resolution • Analyze client accounts, generate invoices, and collaborate with leadership to improve account resolution and reduce aging balances • Review contract billing metrics, reconcile accounts, and support month-end activities to ensure accurate financial reporting • Review client and payer contracts, perform billing and contract audits, and identify potential financial risks or discrepancies • Document billing processes and policies while coordinating client meetings and supporting ongoing operational improvement initiatives

Role Description Serves as a key contributor in front-end billing within the revenue cycle. - Reviews and analyzes claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy. - Supports clean claim submission and full account resolution. - Enhances customer satisfaction throughout the billing process. - Strengthens financial stability and scalability through accurate demographic and claim management.
