• Assist the sales team in managing federal client accounts, responding to inquiries, and tracking follow-up actions. • Coordinate communication between internal departments, including sales, contracts, operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure timely support for government clients. • Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, capability statements, product information, and account records. • Support the preparation of reports related to sales activity, pipeline status, contract opportunities, and customer engagement. • Conduct market research to identify potential federal contract opportunities, agency buying trends, and target accounts. • Monitor public sector procurement platforms and databases for relevant solicitations, requests for information, and bid opportunities. • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and internal sales trackers. • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items for client and internal sales meetings. • Help coordinate submission materials and administrative requirements for government purchasing opportunities. • Ensure sales files, communications, and supporting documents are complete, current, and compliant with internal procedures. • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed to improve efficiency and client responsiveness.
• Lead proposal development and support federal business growth • Review federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought) • Analyze requirements and develop clear, compliant technical proposals that reflect SSC’s capabilities • Create compliance matrices and coordinate with subject matter experts and leadership • Manage the full technical writing workflow from draft to submission • Monitor federal procurement platforms and identify relevant opportunities • Maintain an organized pipeline with key details to help leadership prioritize pursuits
• Provide on-demand technical writing and proposal support on a 1099 basis • Support RFP/RFQ responses, technical narratives, compliance documentation, capability statements, SOPs, and business development materials aligned to SSC’s core service offerings • Develop clear, compliant, and evaluator-friendly technical narratives for federal, state, and commercial solicitations • Translate complex PMO, logistics, facilities O&M, and administrative support concepts into concise, structured proposal content • Own document structure, formatting, and presentation • Collaborate with SSC leadership, operations, and business development teams to extract SME-level input • Support post-award documentation, transition plans, and client-facing technical materials as needed.
