Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship.
- A hunger to learn the "plumbing" of a high-growth company.
- You have a foundational understanding of Salesforce (or a similar CRM).
- You naturally look for ways to automate tasks.
- You can take a complex verbal instruction and turn it into a clean, easy-to-read flowchart.
- You’re the type of person who notices a duplicate lead or a broken link before anyone else does.
- CRM: Salesforce.
- Engagement: Sales Engagement, Outreach, or HubSpot.
- Diagrams: Visio.
- AI: Experience with LLMs (CoPilot, Gemini) for business productivity.
