Sales Manager

Nelson Miller Group

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to expand NMG’s market share and presence across the East Coast • Proactively drive new business development while cultivating and strengthening existing customer partnerships • Accountability for a regional revenue target and ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals • Implement rigorous sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies using the CRM system • Serve as the senior point of contact for high-value strategic accounts, negotiating complex contracts • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in complex solution selling
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing a P&L or revenue book of at least $100M+
  • Leading a team of 10 or more people
  • Deep domain expertise in the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) market
  • Proven success selling engineered products, custom manufacturing, or sophisticated supply chain solutions into relevant markets

As a Phone Sales Operator, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call environment, be a self-starter who is comfortable managing their own time, be results and outcome oriented and above all, dedicated to providing a positive patient experience.
