Job Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test design techniques
- Hands-on experience with bug-tracking tools (Jira)
- Practical experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher – able to read documentation and communicate effectively.

Who You Are Reporting to the Solutions leadership team, the EPMS Engineer plays a critical role in designing, deploying, and supporting electrical power monitoring solutions. You work at the intersection of electrical power systems, automation, networking, and software integration. You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders-from field electricians and controls engineers to facility managers and executive leadership. You thrive in environments where systems are complex, requirements are evolving, and customer expectations are high. You bring experience working with low-voltage power distribution systems, power meters, intelligent electronic devices (IEDs), and automation platforms. You understand how power monitoring systems integrate into broader facility ecosystems such as BMS, SCADA, PLCs, and enterprise data platforms. This role ensures that the Anechoic Chamber is operating at peak performance and that all data collected is accurate, repeatable, and compliant with international quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Test Preparation & Setup: * Configure RF test benches, including the integration of Network Analyzers (VNA), Signal Generators, and Spectrum Analyzers. - Physically mount antennas on multi-axis positioners and perform precise alignment to ensure phase center accuracy. - Select and verify appropriate RF cabling, connectors, and amplifiers for specific frequency bands. - Measurement Execution: * Execute passive measurements (Gain, Efficiency, Radiation Patterns, S-parameters). - Perform active/OTA measurements (TRP, TIS, EIRP) for wireless devices (5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). - Monitor real-time data acquisition to ensure the system remains stable throughout long measurement cycles. - Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: - Process raw measurement data into readable formats (polar/3D plots). - Identify anomalies such as unexpected ripples, cable leakage, or environmental interference. - Perform "First-Level" troubleshooting by verifying calibration states, equipment and device-under-tests are operating consistently during test, checking connector torque etc to isolate faults. - Quality & Compliance (ISO17025): - Maintain detailed laboratory logs and ensure all measurement equipment is within its calibration interval. - Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly to ensure data integrity and traceability. - Assist in Uncertainty Budget calculations and participate in proficiency testing. - Maintenance & System Health: - Perform quarterly "Golden Device" verification tests to ensure system consistency. - Inspect anechoic absorber health and maintain mechanical positioners (lubrication, limit switch checks).
