Role Description Du arbetar nära grundarteamet och får ett eget ansvarsområde från start. Det här är ingen roll i bakgrunden. Du hanterar fakturering, betalningsuppföljning och avstämningar av kundportföljen över flera marknader och valutor. Omfattning 25 till 30 procent i veckan, med helt flexibla arbetstider. Du jobbar på distans, med möjlighet att sitta på kontoret i Stockholm. What You Will Do - Skicka och följa upp kundfakturor för vår internationella kundportfölj - Följa upp utestående betalningar och säkerställa en välskött kundreskontra - Genomföra kund- och leverantörsavstämningar samt identifiera och följa upp eventuella avvikelser - Arbeta i Fortnox och stötta den löpande bokföringen - Samarbeta med och vara kontaktperson mot vår externa redovisningsbyrå vid behov Qualifications - Du studerar ekonomi/finans/juridik, alternativt har motsvarande erfarenhet - Du trivs i en startupmiljö där tempot är högt - Du är strukturerad, noggrann och känner dig trygg med att arbeta självständigt - Du har svenska som modersmål och kommunicerar obehindrat på engelska - Du är nyfiken på hur ett snabbväxande AI- och SaaS-bolag fungerar i praktiken och vill vara med på resan. • Send and track customer invoices across international portfolio • Follow up on outstanding payments and keep receivables clean • Reconcile customer accounts and flag discrepancies • Work in Fortnox and support basic bookkeeping routines • Coordinate with external accountant when needed

• Perform end-to-end manual testing across our platform and product features • Test new releases, features, fixes, and integrations before they go live • Create clear and structured test scenarios based on product requirements and expected user flows • Identify, document, and report bugs with strong attention to detail • Work closely with developers, product, and other stakeholders to ensure high product quality • Reproduce issues, support investigations, and help track problems through to resolution • Contribute to improving QA processes, test documentation, and release confidence • Communicate testing results, risks, and observations in a clear and proactive way

• Design and build scalable backend systems that power our product • Develop and maintain APIs and core services • Own system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability • Work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into production-ready solutions • Take full ownership of backend decisions from design to delivery
