Revenue Operations, GTM Systems Architect

• Own the design, testing, and iteration of automation systems that scale pipeline generation (e.g. increased conversion rates, increased “speed to conversion”, reduced time/effort per SQO). • Discover new ways to access, connect, and activate new data sets – both internal and external – to create new methods of generating and converting new and expansion pipeline and churn signals. • Accelerate revenue team efficiency through AI & automation to expedite repeatable workstreams – including prospect and customer research, call prep, streamlined handoffs - and maximize teams time on highest value revenue generating activities. • Develop and manage data flows between systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility for reporting and insights. • Scope and implement next-gen tools (e.g., AI copilots, Slack/Gemini agents) that enhance productivity and data enrichment. • Act as technical owner of Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, automation, and permission sets and be our first point of contact system users to resolve support tickets - resolving in a way that focuses on long term impact vs. short term triaging. • Collaborate with RevOps and Deal Desk to architect scalable quote-to-cash workflows. • Partner with the Revenue Analyst and BI Manager to align system data models and ensure consistent metric definitions across platforms. • Leverage AI to automate repetitive workflows, enrich ICP data, and drive rep efficiency. • Serve as liaison between the GTM, IT, and Security teams to ensure data compliance, access controls, and system security. • Owner of the design, build, maintenance, and documentation of Salesforce ecosystem as our Sole Salesforce Administrator.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience designing and deploying automation, AI, and/or ML systems in a GTM context (prospecting, forecasting, coaching, data enrichment).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Lightning configuration, automation (Flows), and permission/role design, and security measures.
  • Strong technical background integrating Systems of Record (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo), Systems of Action (e.g. Make, Slack), and Systems of Intelligence (e.g. Looker) to drive tech stack ROI and efficiency.
  • Understanding of GTM processes and KPIs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance with a curiosity and fluency in emerging AI and automation technologies (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI tools, Slack AI).
  • Strong project management skills and strategic mindset with a builders bias and the ability to translate strategic GTM objectives into technical execution.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving adoption of new systems and workflows, and using metrics/outcomes to optimize.
  • A software engineering mindset: rigorous about testing, observability, data hygiene, and iteration cycles.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple competing priorities.
