• Architect Fraud Solutions: Partner with product & engineering to design and implement high-performance, scalable AI/ML models to detect and prevent fraud in data-intensive applications. • Drive Innovation: Champion best practices and explore emerging technologies to enhance the fraud detection platform. • Mentor and Lead: Provide technical leadership through architectural reviews and mentorship, fostering a culture of automation and continuous learning. • Influence Strategy: Partner with product and engineering leadership to define the roadmap, balancing model scaling with reliability trade-offs. • Solve Complex Challenges: Act as the technical escalation point for the "hairiest" problems, from data quality issues to model performance bottlenecks. • Own the Lifecycle: Manage projects from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and post-mortem analysis. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Translate complex business requirements and research into robust, production-ready AI solutions alongside engineers and product managers.
• Own the design, testing, and iteration of automation systems that scale pipeline generation (e.g. increased conversion rates, increased “speed to conversion”, reduced time/effort per SQO). • Discover new ways to access, connect, and activate new data sets – both internal and external – to create new methods of generating and converting new and expansion pipeline and churn signals. • Accelerate revenue team efficiency through AI & automation to expedite repeatable workstreams – including prospect and customer research, call prep, streamlined handoffs - and maximize teams time on highest value revenue generating activities. • Develop and manage data flows between systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility for reporting and insights. • Scope and implement next-gen tools (e.g., AI copilots, Slack/Gemini agents) that enhance productivity and data enrichment. • Act as technical owner of Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, automation, and permission sets and be our first point of contact system users to resolve support tickets - resolving in a way that focuses on long term impact vs. short term triaging. • Collaborate with RevOps and Deal Desk to architect scalable quote-to-cash workflows. • Partner with the Revenue Analyst and BI Manager to align system data models and ensure consistent metric definitions across platforms. • Leverage AI to automate repetitive workflows, enrich ICP data, and drive rep efficiency. • Serve as liaison between the GTM, IT, and Security teams to ensure data compliance, access controls, and system security. • Owner of the design, build, maintenance, and documentation of Salesforce ecosystem as our Sole Salesforce Administrator.
• Drive revenue in your assigned market and achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue targets. • Participate in proactive outbound communications with the demand and account development teams to assist in identifying end-user opportunities and building pipelines. • Exceed quota assignments for assigned markets and maintain a detailed record of activities within Salesforce. • Engage in significant internal and external Executive Team interactions. • Work cross-functionally across the organization to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and mid-market brands, driving utilization and outcomes that lead to renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy. • Function as a key member of the customer account team, bridging the gap between your customers and SheerID’s internal teams. • Work closely with customer stakeholders to deliver proactive support, challenge the status quo, and develop programs that drive measurable business impact. • Guide the implementation of customer programs, ensuring best practices are followed and customers achieve time-to-value quickly. • Monitor account activity and identify trends that may signal churn risk, developing action plans to improve engagement and program performance. • Maintain consistent touchpoints with customers through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic conversations. • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within your portfolio of approximately 20-30 accounts. • Advocate for your customers internally by providing feedback on opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience. • Own and manage the subscription renewal process, leading renewal conversations, negotiating terms, and securing timely renewals. • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-organizational expansion, working with Account Executives for successful deal outcomes. • Contribute to improving Customer Success programs by developing new resources, playbooks, and engagement strategies.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients who fit our ideal customer profile using various tools and methodologies (e.g., Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, industry databases, company websites). • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn). • Craft personalized email outreach cadences based on personas, use case and/or industry, test and optimise to improve open and reply rates. • Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success to map "white space" within existing enterprise accounts, leveraging established internal champions to navigate and penetrate new business units or global subsidiaries. • Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads, clearly articulating SheerID's value proposition with the objective of setting up a meeting with an Account Executive. • Effectively handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of our solutions. • Pipeline Management: Educate and nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers until they are ready for a deeper conversation with an Account Executive. • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team. • Meticulously track all sales activities and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce). • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities. • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate event and campaign outreach, and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. • Continuously refine your sales approach and techniques based on feedback and results. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
