Role Description The Business Development Lead is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and leading the pursuit of new federal business opportunities that align with the company's strategic growth objectives. This role owns the full capture lifecycle—from early market intelligence through contract award—and works closely with Operations, Finance, Contracts, Proposals, and senior leadership to drive disciplined, high‑probability pursuits.
