Role Description Join our dynamic team at Securitas, a leader in the security services industry. We are seeking an experienced Order‑to‑Cash Finance Process Lead to provide end‑to‑end leadership and stewardship of the Order‑to‑Cash process within Securitas’ Europe division. Qualifications - 5–10 years’ experience in Finance transformation, Finance systems implementations and/or business analysis, with strong expertise in the Order‑to‑Cash process. - Experience in process optimisation and standardisation within multi‑country, matrix or complex operating environments. - Exposure to service‑oriented business models, including experience with subscription management solutions (e.g. Oracle Fusion Subscription Management) desirable but not essential. - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across Finance, IT and Business teams. - Experience leading workshops, facilitating decisions and providing structured guidance during system and process implementations. - Awareness of, and interest in, automation and emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control and customer outcomes. - Fluent in English (spoken and written), with experience working in international organisations. - Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and strong relationship‑building skills.
