Agilent Technologies
• Generate and lead sales for assigned accounts, territories, or industries, including identifying and recruiting strategic partners. • Promote and sell Agilent’s products and solutions to new and existing customers, ensuring they are advised of the latest product introductions. • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, ensuring customer happiness and encouraging long-term relationships with key customers. • Proactively understand customer needs, determine solutions, and build business opportunities. • Lead cross-functional projects, tackle problems, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- 2+ years validated experience, with the ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, particularly in the biopharmaceutical market
- Hands-on experience with LC/MS and small and large molecule separation is helpful
- Confirmed problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
