In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving creative strategies that elevate brand awareness and acquire new patients through innovative video-first content. Collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Performance, and Creative teams, your work will emphasize performance-driven storytelling that resonates across multiple channels. You'll oversee the entire creative process, leveraging your expertise in motion design and video editing to deliver high-impact, engaging content that enhances customer acquisition and boosts revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital marketing while making a tangible impact in healthcare. - Build and scale a continuous pipeline of high-performing video and motion-based ad creative across channels like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and CTV. - Own the end-to-end creative process from concepting and storyboarding to execution and delivery, using various formats including motion graphics and short-form video. - Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance data, testing new hooks, narratives, and formats to improve conversion and engagement. - Partner with Growth Marketing and Operations teams to develop campaign concepts aligned with revenue-driving initiatives. - Analyze creative performance and synthesize insights into clear recommendations to inform future creative direction. - Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance production speed, scalability, and creative output. - Maintain high standards of craft and storytelling while operating in a fast-paced environment. - Manage and mentor internal creative contributors and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. Qualifications - 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on motion, video, and performance creative. - Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct-response creative. - Highly data-driven, comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to inform creative decisions. - Experience developing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap. - Fast, iterative thinker who balances speed with high craftsmanship and attention to detail. - Comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. - Excellent communicator capable of articulating and defending creative decisions while incorporating feedback. Role: Senior Motion Designer (AI Exp) Location: Remote working until further notice A little bit about the role: Awareness and adoption of GenAI technology has transformed advertising, creating entirely new opportunities, and challenges for creative teams. We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer (AI Exp) to deliver a wide range of different marketing material, from social assets such as GIFs or Instagram posts, to cutdowns of TVCs, 2D animation, graphics that include motion such as supers or icons, and various graphic elements, based on the provided assets. You will be trained on our AI platform, Pencil, and will be using Pencil along with a range of other AI tools to ensure you deliver high-performing, innovative ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics and editing, inclusive of grading and sound design. Experience in 2D animation workflows, from concept development and storyboarding through to final execution is essential. A good knowledge or history of work in Social Media as well as AI is desirable. Ultimately, as the Senior Motion Designer (AI Exp), you will create and edit video content, ensure high-quality production, and collaborate with the creative team to meet project goals, through the use of AI as well as traditional tools. What you'll be doing: - Working closely with GenAI Art Directors/Creators/PM’s to bring projects and work from concept to final delivery. - Create and adapt high-quality content leveraging AI and traditional tools. - Produce visual assets that align with client's creative standards and effectively scale creative production across brands and channels. - Expand the creative output of the team. Confidence in ideation along with the ability to create bespoke high-end animation and video edits is essential. - Take projects from brief to completion, injecting new ideas and creativity - all in close adherence to the client's brand guidelines. - Strong skills in mastering, editing, remastering and adjusting master assets for various crops and formats are required. - As a business we're committed to ensuring everyone on our team is fully trained and confident in using Pencil AI, and other approved AI tools.
