HR Operations – Investigations Manager

• Oversee day-to-day HR execution across multiple client accounts • Review and approve HR work prepared by HR Assistants before it is client-facing • Serve as the first escalation point for HR Assistants on: Employee relations questions, Documentation and compliance concerns, Investigation intake and next steps • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional HR responses • Take escalated client calls related to complaints, hotline issues, and investigations • Coordinate and oversee investigations, including assigning fact-gathering tasks to HR Assistants • Prepare alongside the HR Assistants clear investigation summaries outlining: Allegations and key facts, Risk considerations, Documentation status • Independently research and monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes impacting CYB’s nationwide client base • Provide ongoing coaching and performance management related to HR fundamentals, compliance judgment, and adherence to CYB standards.

• The Billing & Operations Specialist serves as the financial and operational center for CYB Human Resources. • This role safeguards the accuracy of all billing, invoicing, and financial data. • Ensures the cleanliness and integrity of our CRM and tech systems. • Maintains the "Rhythm of the Business" by proactively managing communication, compliance documentation, and operational cadence. • The Specialist is responsible for maintaining critical financial processes, managing up to leadership, enforcing internal controls, and ensuring CYB’s operational engine runs smoothly.
