• Manage partner communications by responding to inquiries related to workshops, registrations, and program participation in a timely and professional manner • Analyze event and program data to identify trends, surface insights, and follow up with partners to drive alignment with best practices • Support partner lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and ongoing engagement • Conduct regular partner check-ins and reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities • Plan and coordinate workshops and partner events based on program priorities, adjusting formats and content as needed • Develop and deliver presentations, including office hours and enablement sessions, to educate and engage partners • Execute quality assurance across events, templates, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness • Maintain and update partner-facing and internal resources to ensure accuracy and usability
