Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Quest Analytics, LLC

• End-to-end management and implementation within our Salesforce Platform. • Build out secure integration architecture within our Salesforce Org to interface with external systems and partner integrations such as Sage Intacct, Conga, DemandFarm, Workbench, Dataloader, Marketo, and other native and non-native integrations (from additional AppExchange partner integrations to third-party webhook & API based integrations). • Evaluates and implements new architecture, either custom or managed, that ultimately leads to the streamlining of existing processes and improves efficiency of others. • Reviews new product purchases that will integrate with Salesforce for security and existing architecture considerations and provides pre-purchase support as requested • Usage of Salesforce development technologies including Apex, SQL, XML, Java, and jQuery. • Developing new and maintaining existing security protocols (working knowledge of oAuth, SSO/SAML). • Responsible for driving (continuous integration/continuous deployment) implementation using sandbox tools and other Salesforce Packages. • Responsible for developing the roles & permissions of our users, including setting object & field permissions and developing role-specific page layouts, process flows, reports, dashboards, etc. • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company’s culture. • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner. • Familiar with project management fundamentals, leading workloads and projects to completion, and driving what work is getting done. • Leads the evaluation and resolve for technical debt related to Salesforce and its integrated technologies. • Point of contact for communications coming from Salesforce, including new product offerings, platform issues, and contract negotiation. • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company’s culture. • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner. • Other Duties As Assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of developer experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4-7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer and Technical Architect
  • Salesforce Platform Certifications; Platform App Builder and Integration Architecture
  • Foundational experience with multiple Salesforce Cloud Solutions across many lines of business; sales, marketing, operations, support, and accounting usage/best practices.
  • Working knowledge of security protocol including SSO, SAML, OAuth and data security within the Salesforce platform
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce development languages including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, XML, and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce AI (Agentforce 360), and experience with utilizing/incorporating other AI-based tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, Claude) and processes into systems & workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce sandboxes; development, staging, and deployment processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills
