• Own the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration components of a Salesforce implementation • Lead deployment strategies during project development as defined by our architecture layer (Source Code Management and Deployment Standards) • Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve implementation issues • Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment and follow our Professional Services Methodology • Work remotely while collaborating with global teams to deliver across geographies • Collaborate and serve as Team Lead on multiple projects, acting as a technical reference for our entire implementation team

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Algorithm-oriented and logical mindset
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and front-end design (HTML and CSS)
  • Experience in programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (low-code) Salesforce development
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment practices/strategies
  • Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology
