Salesforce Developer We are seeking a midlevel Salesforce Developer (Contract) based in Colombia to support and extend a highly integrated Salesforce environment. This role is execution focused and ideal for a developer who is comfortable working in an established org, contributing both to day to day support and new development, while collaborating closely with an experienced Salesforce Developer and CRM leadership. This is not an entry level role and not intended to be a long term architecture owner. The successful candidate will be hands on, pragmatic, and able to work semi independently within clearly defined priorities. Key Responsibilities - Deliver a mix of Salesforce support and new development, including urgent issue resolution (“firefighting”) and planned enhancements - Build, enhance, and maintain Apex based solutions, including batch processing and refactoring or scaling legacy low code automation where appropriate - Develop and optimize SOQL queries with performance and platform limits in mind - Implement and support Salesforce integrations, including custom API callouts and out of the box connectors - Work within a highly integrated ecosystem, supporting connections with systems such as: - Zoom Events - Bizzabo - CMS platforms - Internal integration bus - Sage Intacct - Fivetran - Collaborate closely with a seasoned Salesforce Developer who provides higher level technical direction and deep business context - Execute work primarily assigned by CRM leadership, with additional tasks flowing through a ticketing system for day today Salesforce needs - Document work clearly and follow established development and deployment practices Salesforce Environment - Salesforce Clouds in use: - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Revenue Cloud (new; not yet implemented) - Revenue Cloud experience is helpful but not required; exposure and willingness to learn are sufficient Required Qualifications - 2–4 years of hand son Salesforce development experience - This should not be your first Salesforce org - Strong experience with: - Apex (including Batch Apex) - SOQL - Salesforce integrations / APIs / callouts - Solid understanding of: - Salesforce governor limits - Order of execution - When to use declarative vs programmatic solutions - Ability to work semi independently, with occasional technical course correction and guidance - Proven ability to write clear, maintainable, and testable code - Comfort exploring and working on the API and integration layer - Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) for collaboration with cross functional teams Nice to Have - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Prior exposure to Revenue Cloud - Salesforce certifications (not required): - Platform Developer I - Salesforce Administrator - Salesforce Business Analyst Team & Ways of Working - Reports directly to Director, CRM Operations - Works primarily with other developers in a collaborative engineering environment - Uses modern delivery and collaboration tools, including: - Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook) - Jira - Confluence - Salesforce (SFDC) - VS Code - GitHub - Colombia based, ideally within a few hours of Eastern Time (Bogotá aligned time zones work well) Role Characteristics This role is best suited for someone who: - Enjoys execution and delivery more than long term architecture ownership - Is comfortable working in complex, integrated Salesforce environments - Can balance support work with forward looking development - Values clarity, pragmatism, and steady progress over overengineering Contract terms, duration, and HR specific details to be finalized separately.

• Design and build a scalable, org-wide data architecture that serves as the backbone for all current and future products. • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes across Azure SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and third-party sources (Salesforce, APIs). • Evaluate and support a potential migration from MSSQL to PostgreSQL, including feasibility analysis, schema translation, deadlock remediation, performance benchmarking, and migration planning. • Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse or data platform to support analytics, reporting, AI/ML workflows, and our broader data-as-a-service. • Architect metadata models, taxonomies, and tagging systems that enable content enrichment across products (e.g., tagging content with vendors, team size, revenue, industry). • Collaborate with engineering, product, and AI teams to define data models and ensure clean, consistent data flows across systems. • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting to maintain data integrity across all data products. • Document data architecture, lineage, and dictionary standards for the engineering team. • Support and improve existing Azure SQL databases, Redis caching layers, and Elasticsearch clusters. • Identify and resolve data bottlenecks, query performance issues, and infrastructure gaps.
