Position Purpose Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is pivotal in streamlining our legal operations, improving client service, and ensuring seamless integration with our technology ecosystem. Your Key Contributions - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Architect and implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring best practices and maintainability. - Design and manage data models, process automations, and workflow optimization for the legal domain. - Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to Salesforce development teams. - Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices. - Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals. - Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and user experience. - Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations. - Implement role-based access controls and data security measures tailored to the legal sector. - Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions. - Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective use of Salesforce. - Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support. - Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Tier 3 support as needed. What Makes You a Great Fit - Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs). - Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and Mulesoft. - Technical Skills: Expertise in designing robust data models, automation strategies, and integration architectures - Implementation: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong track record in implementing large-scale solutions. - Acumen: Familiarity with legal industry workflows and tools (e.g., document automation, client intake processes) is a plus. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and end-users. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability: Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement. - Innovation: Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to address complex technical challenges. - Methodology: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Integration: Familiarity with legal technology solutions and integrations is a strong advantage. - Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application.Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
