• Design, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, product rules, discounting, approvals, and quote processes. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ configurations and custom solutions. • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and product configuration. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver end-to-end CPQ solutions. • Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of CPQ and Revenue Cloud capabilities.

• Develop and enhance iOS applications primarily using Swift, while supporting the gradual modernization of existing Objective-C components. • Take ownership of mobile features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment. • Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build scalable and user-focused solutions. • Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and the delivery of incremental releases. • Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and established development best practices. • Continuously evaluate and adopt new iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry standards. • Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, and similar solutions to improve efficiency and streamline development workflows. • Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.

• Participate in the migration of VM workloads from old storage/computer to new. • Engage in planning sessions leading up to migrations, collaborating with app owners and internal support teams. • Design, install, maintain, upgrade, and administer Microsoft Windows Servers and RedHat Linux in a virtualized environment. • Contribute to daily operations, including business-as-usual service, Change Requests, Incident Investigation/Remediation, troubleshooting, and monitoring of corporate services. • Maintain information security, premises integrity, and access procedures in line with corporate security policy. • Provide technical infrastructure support and coordination for escalated incidents and problems. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, including the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy, and Privacy Policy. • Perform other duties as required.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end website migration processes from existing e-commerce platforms to Wix. • Schedule and oversee migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Maintain regular communication with customers to provide clear status updates, gather requirements, and confirm milestones. • Export inventory, customer, and transactional data from the source platform, ensuring correct file structure (CSV format) and data integrity. • Import and validate data in Wix Catalog and Wix Contacts, confirming successful integration and resolving any data or formatting errors. • Analyze and correct import/export issues by reviewing error reports and reprocessing data as needed. • Perform post-migration verification, including data reconciliation, record count confirmation, and functionality validation within Wix and Moneris Total Commerce. • Archive and document migration activities, maintaining detailed logs and supporting audit readiness. • Collaborate with Moneris and Wix support teams to resolve escalated technical issues promptly.
