Senior Ivalua Technical Consultant
Convergint
• The Senior Ivalua Technical Consultant leads architecture, design, implementation, and technical strategy for the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform. • Own end-to-end technical architecture for Ivalua implementations and enhancements. • Translate enterprise procurement and supply chain requirements into scalable, extensible Ivalua technical designs. • Define platform standards, data models, interface patterns, security models, and coding guidelines. • Perform technical impact assessments for new modules, integrations, and product upgrades. • Lead complex configuration across modules such as Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoicing, and Analytics. • Build advanced customizations, workflows, validations, scripts, and UI components where required. • Drive technical optimization of performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Oversee data model changes, catalog structures, forms, questionnaires, and workflow rules. • Architect and lead integrations between Ivalua and ERP systems, middleware, APIs, and external services. • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, integrators, and QA engineers. • Own the overall health, stability, and technical roadmap for the Ivalua platform.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Ivalua implementation experience with at least two full lifecycle deployments.
- Expertise in Ivalua technical framework including:
- Object configuration
- Data model and tables
- Workflows and approvals
- Document templates
- Forms, validations, and user permissions
- Custom scripting and UI logic
- Strong proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, ETL, and data transformation methods.
- Deep integration experience using REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, middleware, or ERP connectors.
- Strong understanding of S2P processes:
- Sourcing
- Contract lifecycle
- Supplier onboarding and risk
- Procurement workflows
- Invoicing and AP automation
- Ability to lead large, multi-module implementations and mentor cross-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive-level audiences.
