• Conduct consultative visits according to a predefined schedule to strengthen relationships; • Record in detail all interactions, negotiations and agreements resulting from visits to ensure traceability and continuity of service; • Manage a portfolio of clients and negotiate contracts based on the partner’s financial health and Ultragaz’s expected results; • Provide technical and operational support for the reseller’s day-to-day activities, acting quickly to resolve issues and ensuring supply continuity, close relationships and customer satisfaction; • Promote continuous qualification of the reseller network through training, process standardization and adoption of best practices to drive continuous operational improvement; • Pursue sustainable volume growth by setting targets and developing sales/conversion strategies together with resellers; • Act as an agent of digital transformation within the reseller network, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and the use of Ultragaz’s direct sales channels; • Monitor and manage performance indicators for the area of responsibility (market share, volume, margin, delinquency, churn, etc.) to ensure strategic objectives are met; • Prospect new clients to increase the number of resellers and Ultragaz’s market share; • Identify potential clients in the operating region and qualify leads, seeking to identify and validate commercial locations for opening new resellers; • Prepare financial analyses related to opening a reseller, including assessment of initial capital, financial viability, break-even, payback and first purchase, in order to calculate estimated investments and returns; • Oversee the opening process for new resellers (construction, documentation, standardization and first order) and hand over to the Farmer Consultant; • Ensure new resellers participate in the partner’s initial training; • Ensure the reseller’s visual identity, vehicles and employee uniforms comply with the Ultragaz brand manual.
