• Identify and engage prospective end-users, EPC firms, and contractors to build demand for Shawflex-branded products. • Develop and manage a robust distribution strategy to capture end-user demand across the region. • Coordinate closely with Inside Sales Representatives to align on account strategies and ensure exceptional service for all assigned accounts. • Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders through frequent communication and on-site engagement. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and roadmap for the territory, aligning with overall business goals and market opportunities. • Prepare detailed customer quotations and proposals, ensuring pricing and terms meet the company’s financial objectives. • Provide insights to the marketing and product teams by reporting on emerging customer needs, new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends in the region. • Complete all required administrative and compliance tasks in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience (outside sales or account management preferred), ideally within a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical product information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, coupled with proficiency in CRM software for managing pipeline and customer information.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong teamwork and leadership skills to manage channel partners and cross-functional initiatives.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales territory and its functions. The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) position exists as a direct connection between the Affiliated Distributor location and the dealer base of that territory.
