• Adapt global brand assets into local market executions across multiple formats and channels, both digital and analogue • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery • Create and adapt POSM, retail materials, banners, social assets, presentations, and packaging-adjacent layouts • Resize and localise key visuals, layouts, claims, packshots, and campaign materials • Perform image manipulation, retouching, colour correction, and visual clean-ups • Work with brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistency across all deliverables • Check artworks for technical quality: resolution, bleeds, margins, links, fonts, colour profiles, and export settings • Collaborate with project managers, designers, design leads, and external partners • Flag missing assets, unclear briefs, production risks, or brand compliance issues early • Support high-volume adaptation workflows while keeping files clean, organised, and editable, so that whoever takes them over next isn't too confused

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional design experience, ideally with large brands or structured brand systems
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign optional but still a good to have
  • Strong DTP and print production understanding: preparing clean, production-ready files, checking resolution, bleed, links, fonts, colour modes, PDF exports, etc.
  • Experience with adaptation and localisation of global assets into local market executions
  • Ability to work across POSM, retail materials, digital assets, social formats, presentations, and packaging-adjacent tasks
  • Strong layout, retouching, image manipulation, colour correction, and visual consistency skills
  • Good understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to keep work compliant while adapting it to different formats and markets
  • Ability to work independently, manage several projects at once, ask the right questions, and flag risks early
  • Clear communication skills and fluency in English
