This role blends creative thinking with hands-on execution, translating brand strategy and creative direction into refined visual systems and beautifully crafted collateral that support more than 30 hotels across North America and Europe. Working across a wide range of initiatives, the Designer contributes to both property-level identities and brand-wide projects, helping bring each destination’s distinct sense of place to life while maintaining the elevated standards of the Auberge Collection brand. From visual identities to collateral systems, menu suites to large-scale graphics and presentations, this role ensures every touchpoint reflects the same level of care, craft, and intention. This is a full-time role within the Brand Team reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Services and collaborating closely with the Manager of Creative Services. This role is ideal for a design-obsessed creative energized by building distinctive brand experiences and delivering beautifully executed work across a global portfolio of exceptional destinations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Development & Execution ● Develop thoughtful, elevated design solutions across a wide range of brand and property initiatives ● Concept and produce branded collateral across the guest experience, food & beverage outlets, wellness, and experiences. ● Support and contribute to the development of visual identities for new and existing properties within the portfolio ● Design and refine marketing materials including pitch decks, presentations, and sales materials that elevated brand expression with clarity and impact ● Ensure all design work reflects Auberge Collection’s standards of quality, craftsmanship, and visual consistency Collaboration & Workflow ● Partner closely with the Senior Director and Manager of Creative Services to concept, design, and deliver projects from initial direction through final production ● Prepare organized, production-ready files and support print and vendor coordination when needed ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and file organization Qualifications ● Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience within an agency, brand, or studio environment ● Strong portfolio demonstrating a polished eye for brand design, typography, layout, and composition ● Ability to translate creative direction into thoughtful, well-crafted design solutions ● Experience working within visual identity systems across print and digital platforms ● Working knowledge in print production and preparing mechanical files for vendors ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; familiarity with Google Workspace and Asana ● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously ● Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic sensibility ● Interest or experience in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury brands preferred ● Illustration skills, particularly the ability to create custom visual elements that enhance brand storytelling ● Experience with motion, animation, or social media design is a plus, with an understanding of how to extend brand expression across digital channels Additional Information This role may be based in Bethesda, MD, New York, NY, or Remote.
