• Coordinate end-to-end payroll process across multiple countries. • Review and validate payroll inputs before processing. • Validate payroll outputs through detailed review of Gross-to-Net reports. • Act as the primary liaison between HR, Shared Services Payroll, Finance, and external payroll providers. • Develop and maintain knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation. • Support payroll governance by maintaining controls and monitoring service delivery. • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.

• Work alongside a group of dedicated and multi-disciplined technologists and designers to bring high-quality solutions to the market. • Write elegant and well-documented code, with a strict eye towards the separation of concerns and maintainability. • Apply development knowledge to project leadership in the form of estimation, architecture, planning, and coming alongside developers to complete tasks and release projects.

• Lead and manage employer tax account registrations with state and local agencies for unemployment insurance, withholding, and other applicable taxes. • Track and ensure timely registration completion and documentation. • Research and resolve payroll tax notices in a timely manner. • Liaise with state and federal agencies to understand the root cause of discrepancies. • Partner with payroll vendors, internal teams, and clients to correct filings or payments. • Support and review the accurate completion of Form 941 and other federal filings. • Assist with recurring, quarterly and year-end reconciliation of tax filings and deposits. • Maintain POA documentation to facilitate agency communication. • Ensure POAs are accurate and current with all relevant jurisdictions. • Serve as the payroll tax subject matter expert for internal leadership, payroll vendors, and client points of contact. • Translate complex tax issues into clear action plans for non-technical stakeholders. • Advise clients and internal teams on corrective actions, compliance timelines, and best practices. • Act as the primary liaison with payroll vendors for tax-related matters. • Coordinate with state and local agencies to resolve registration, filing, and payment issues. • Assist manager with standardization and creation on Tax SOPs and automation efforts.

• Deliver flawless DTP, parsing complex master files, and utilising your 3D capabilities (Cinema 4D and Blender) • Act as the final gatekeeper for quality and technical accuracy, demonstrating an obsessive attention to detail across print execution • Parse, strip down, and prepare highly complex packaging master files • Troubleshoot file structures and maintain adherence to global brand colour guidelines and naming conventions • Utilise Cinema 4D and Blender to create, light, and render photorealistic 3D models • Adapt and optimise existing 3D assets for localised markets • Execute high-quality retouching, colour grading, and compositing to blend 3D renders with photography • Line manage a small team of DTP professionals, conducting regular 1-to-1s and performance reviews

• Managing custom market research studies, end-to-end – including questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data synthesis, and report / narrative creation • Supporting Directors, VPs, and C-Suite in client management (from project administrative duties to final report debrief and activation), acting as a trusted client consultant • Owning projects throughout their lifecycle, taking responsibility for the success of every project and navigating through any roadblocks • Creating narratives that are straightforward, strategic, and actionable for our clients – and distilling these into visually compelling, executive-ready presentations • Staying up to date on market trends, releases, and developments to help our clients win

• Adapt global brand assets into local market executions across multiple formats and channels, both digital and analogue • Prepare production-ready files for print and digital delivery • Create and adapt POSM, retail materials, banners, social assets, presentations, and packaging-adjacent layouts • Resize and localise key visuals, layouts, claims, packshots, and campaign materials • Perform image manipulation, retouching, colour correction, and visual clean-ups • Work with brand guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistency across all deliverables • Check artworks for technical quality: resolution, bleeds, margins, links, fonts, colour profiles, and export settings • Collaborate with project managers, designers, design leads, and external partners • Flag missing assets, unclear briefs, production risks, or brand compliance issues early • Support high-volume adaptation workflows while keeping files clean, organised, and editable, so that whoever takes them over next isn't too confused

• Respond to and resolve support tickets covering workstation incidents and service requests, for users across multiple global locations. • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance: diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues for a wide range of users. • Manage user accounts for onboarding and offboarding, including equipment shipping coordination and IT inventory upkeep. • Train end-users on hardware, software and security best practices. • Escalate to the next support level when needed, maintaining clear ownership and status tracking until resolution. • Adhere to established procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring helpdesk requests. • Coordinate day-to-day workload and priorities across the support team, ensuring coverage and consistent service quality. • Document incident resolutions and maintain a knowledge base to reduce repeat handling time and enable team autonomy. • Map and document repeatable support processes to improve consistency and onboarding speed. • Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of the support function at all times: open incidents, their status, priorities and blockers. • Share that view regularly with the IT Head; flag pain points, suggest improvements and contribute to action plans. • Manage working relationships with hardware and software vendors.
