Role Description The Senior SAP ABAP Consultant is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of custom SAP solutions across modules such as FI, MM, SD, HCM, or PP. This role involves: - Collaborating with functional teams - Managing technical resources - Reviewing code - Ensuring quality and performance standards are met The Lead Consultant acts as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, with accountability for delivering high-quality, scalable ABAP developments. This role is strictly involved in the building, customizing & administrating the enterprise applications and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. Your role in our mission includes: - Leading ABAP development efforts across SAP modules (ECC or S/4HANA) - Collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Designing, coding, testing, and debugging custom SAP programs including reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, and interfaces - Guiding and mentoring junior ABAP developers, performing code reviews, and enforcing best practices - Developing and maintaining objects using: - ABAP Objects (OOABAP) - Smart Forms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms - Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements) - ALV Reports, BDC, LSMW - Interfaces using BAPI, IDoc, OData, RESTful APIs - Implementing CDS views, AMDPs, and performance-tuned logic for SAP HANA-based systems - Ensuring compliance with development standards, security, and performance tuning best practices - Participating in end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, unit testing, UAT support, and deployment - Working within Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall frameworks as applicable - Supporting project planning, resource estimation, and timeline tracking - Proven experience in managing parallel project implementations and production support activities, ensuring timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, prioritization of work, and adherence to SLA and ITSM processes Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience in Core and Advanced ABAP - OO ABAP and Modular Programming - Enhancements: BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits - Reports: Classical, Interactive, ALV - Forms: Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAPscript - Data Migration: BDC, LSMW - SAP Gateway and OData Services - CDS Views, AMDPs (ABAP on HANA) - Interface Development: IDoc, BAPI, Proxy, REST/SOAP APIs - Debugging, Performance Tuning, SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis Requirements - Functional Knowledge: Order To Cash, Procure to Pay, R2R, Finance, Hire to Retire, Delivery (MSR, CPM) - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring - Experience with SAP project methodologies such as ASAP and Activate - Ability to lead project teams and manage stakeholder expectations Benefits - Remote Opportunity

• Serve as the technological point person for the business for the entire Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase • Provides technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) covering Data Center Hyperscale as part of the pre-ITO process • Deliver high technical quality of GE Vernova proposals including processes & programs • Manage and motivate team members to deliver technical proposal including specifications, deliverables, installation work scope definition, cost allocation, and estimation • Provide technical support to create subcontractors and power equipment bid packages • Lead preparation of high-voltage equipment specifications and contractor work scopes

• Lead technical engagements with hyperscalers and optical module manufacturers to demonstrate Nokia's advanced optical communication devices. • Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and support. • Develop customized Photonics-based solutions addressing specific optical interconnect and networking needs of clients. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to effectively showcase Nokia PIC and/or DSP technology. • Collect market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and enhance future solutions. • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to align on customer requirements and product offerings. • Drive sales enablement efforts by providing ongoing technical support throughout the entire sales cycle. • Mentor and manage the applications engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centric problem-solving.

• Define analog IC products and develop/debug reference circuits • Write datasheets and application/design notes • Provide application support and technical training • Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing • Develop application reference circuits and power management solutions for Data Center/AI applications • Hands-on lab bench evaluations, system and board level debugging, and prototype demonstrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support existing products and drive new product development • Write promotion materials for MPS products
