- The Program Coordinator (Care Navigator) is responsible for providing program and initiative support across WellSky. This individual will be responsible for administrative support of the appeals team, generating denial packets for the quality improvement organization. They will work closely with providers, delivering outstanding communication and exceptional service. *The successful candidate will be available for shifts 10-7pm and the occasional weekend rotation. * This position is based at WellSky’s World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Key Responsibilities: - Provide coordination and support for the appeals team and initiatives, including assisting with development and administration of programs. - Support program requirements at multiple stages through successful completion by meeting all deadlines, executing assigned project-related tasks, and accomplishing defined deliverables. - Maintain accurate documentation, collateral, and reporting to support program operations and goals. - Troubleshoot and research best practices to provide process improvement and issue resolution. - Communicate regularly with appropriate stakeholders to support timely completion of program deliverables. - Perform other job duties as assigned. - Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience - At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience - Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare and/or a healthcare setting - Working knowledge of Microsoft products. - Job Expectations: - Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed - Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information - Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time #LI-CS1 #LI-Onsite WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture. The Program Manager, Research & Customer Insights drives the strategy and execution of holistic research and analysis to optimize the customer journey. You will own the analysis of customer touchpoints across the full lifecycle to uncover gaps, opportunities, and value at each stage of the customer lifecycle. You will own the strategic direction for feedback platforms, develop a research roadmap that integrates journey analysis, and contribute to a culture of continuous discovery. This role blends Customer Experience (CX) strategy, analytics, service design, and digital experience optimization. You will develop, track, and report on KPIs, build data pipelines in collaboration with technical teams, and translate insights into actionable strategies that shape our customer success delivery approach. Roles and Responsibilities: · Customer Journey Mapping & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end mapping of customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints. Identify pain points, drop-off areas, and high-value moments using both qualitative and quantitative methods to co-create future-state journeys. · Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Proactively synthesize signals across quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify friction.
