Who We’re Looking For - 2-3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in technical or B2B training environments working with engineering or software products. - Strong capability in writing measurable learning objectives and building assessments that validate competence and skills mastery. - Understanding of adult learning principles and modern digital learning patterns including practice-led design. - Experience designing learning for technical audiences including engineers, designers, and technical professionals. - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for global stakeholder collaboration and content development. - Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Understanding instructional design principles and best practices for technical training delivery. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements,including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
