Marketing Program Manager – Training & Education

Altium

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow Altium’s presence within education and professional training markets. • Align marketing initiatives with business objectives, product strategy, and revenue goals. • Identify new growth opportunities across academic institutions, training organizations, and certification programs. • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting educators, students, academic leaders, and industry professionals. • Drive demand generation through digital channels, including email marketing, social media, paid media, webinars, and content marketing. • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create compelling messaging and content tailored to education audiences. • Build and manage marketing relationships with academic institutions, professional training organizations, and industry partners. • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and collaborative promotional efforts. • Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. • Partner with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align messaging, launches, and customer engagement strategies. • Lead planning and execution of participation in industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and educational events. • Represent Altium at industry events to drive brand awareness, partnership development, and lead generation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or program management, preferably within education, training, or technology sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and digital marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, keyword research, and website optimization.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Domo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
  • Proven experience in content development and management
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborative projects.
