Role Description Herrera Headhunters is recruiting a Closer for a fast-growing French company operating in the solar energy sector, looking for a complete sales professional — not just someone who takes calls, but someone who owns revenue. This role is for a salesperson who can prospect, qualify, and close. Someone comfortable selling solar solutions to both companies and individuals. Someone who doesn’t wait for deals — they create them, driving adoption of sustainable energy solutions. - Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract. - Generate your own pipeline (outbound, LinkedIn, email, partnerships). - Manage inbound leads and convert them efficiently. - Run high-level discovery calls. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations. - Handle complex objections with confidence. - Negotiate and close high-ticket deals. - Manage CRM and forecast accurately. - Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives. This is a revenue-driving position with direct impact on company growth. Qualifications - 4+ years of proven closing experience. - Proven experience in selling solar energy contracts. - Experience in both B2B and B2C environments. - Strong outbound and self-sourcing capability. - Track record of consistently exceeding targets. - High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. - Ability to sell remotely via video calls. - Fluent in French. Requirements - Autonomous. - Structured. - Performance-driven. - Comfortable with accountability and KPIs. - Hungry for commissions.
