Role Description As a Field Marketing Manager (Toronto), you will be a valuable member of the Marketing team. You are responsible for bringing the brand to life through execution of the national brand marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical programs. The FMM will develop and support dynamic consumer sampling opportunities, working in tandem with the sales team counterpart to ensure the achievement of joint goals. You are also responsible for day-to-day operations and logistics in the market. Role Description Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, The Territory Sales Manager works with the distributor to sell incremental cases and develop new and existing business in all retail Channels to include, but not limited to, Grocery, Convenience and Food service. The position will be expected to participate in local level field sales strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives at 10-12 stores per day while providing account audits, opportunities, results, and execution utilizing the CRM application. This is a field-based role and does not report to a fixed office location. A valid driver’s license is required. The position requires up to 50% travel within Canada and the United States.
